Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Produce scenario-based strategic plans with quantified risk/reward analysis
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Present compelling innovation narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
