We're seeking a visionary strategist to identify emerging trends, develop forward-looking roadmaps, and drive transformative initiatives that position our organization at the forefront of innovation. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, creative foresight, and executive influence to shape our 2026+ agenda.
As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to translate future possibilities into actionable strategies. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech while mentoring the next generation of futurists.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Lead strategic initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable technologies
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development cycles
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their market implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
