Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate adaptation and AI governance
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate emerging technologies
- Design ethics-by-default frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for board and stakeholder alignment
- Curate global innovation ecosystem through academic partnerships and startup accelerators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Expertise in climate tech, AI ethics, or biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions from concept to market
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies or Systems Thinking
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech ecosystems
- Strong network within DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or similar innovation hubs
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications
