- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with engineers, designers, and ethicists
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning tools
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in speculative design and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-concept commercialization successes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, weak signal detection, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., SAMI, Scenarios, Foresight Platform)
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
