Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational priorities with emerging market opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Oversee pilot projects for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate solutions)
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and ROI projections for innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, biotech, or climate tech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and exponential change
