- Produce scenario-based models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with long-term vision

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or tech scaling companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
