- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish vendor partnerships and ecosystem collaborations for future-proof infrastructure
- Monitor geopolitical and technological disruption vectors to preempt market shifts
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives through 2025+ digital transformation cycles
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 architecture
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics

- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes for breakthrough technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
