Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven sustainability solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journal
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, etc.)
- Clearance for federal innovation projects (preferred)
