As a key architect of our 2026 technology vision, you'll lead cross-functional teams to transform emerging research into scalable commercial solutions. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, startup founders, and global policymakers to ensure our strategies align with the rapidly evolving technological frontier.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with corporate objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Manage a $5M innovation budget and oversee technology incubation programs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impact on our 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum/biotech solutions
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and budgets >$3M
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE/Nature/Science)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
