Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster creative thinking and strategic alignment
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present compelling technology vision and ROI projections to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree strongly preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching futuristic technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning, future forecasting, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD) a plus
