Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into core product ecosystems
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technology landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage external partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and ethical technology deployment
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateTech as a 2026 technology authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
