Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and decentralized systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
