- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce trend reports and scenario plans for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-focused concepts
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation consulting, venture capital, or R&D strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and trend mapping methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
