Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional R&D partnerships with global tech leaders
- Develop patent strategies and IP protection frameworks for breakthrough innovations
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons and technology scouting programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology lifecycle management and competitive analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
- Entrepreneurial mindset with history of scaling innovative projects
