Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum-encrypted communications and AI-driven sustainability platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for 2026 market demands
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities with $10M+ potential impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic research institutions
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and R&D sprints focused on 2026 technology horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on market-shifting innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biometric security systems
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR and 50%+ YoY growth
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., IEEE Spectrum, Nature Technology)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members while maintaining innovation velocity
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Edge)
