Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 tech roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication systems
- Architect AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment of autonomous technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation across future-tech initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech architectures
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Successful track record of scaling tech startups from concept to IPO
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS Certified Futurist)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
