- Lead cross-functional workshops to prioritize R&D investments
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Present foresight reports to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/ML)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for tech ROI modeling
