Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and market positioning for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership papers and publish in leading tech journals
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong presentation skills with executive board experience
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
