Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging paradigms such as General AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities in the next-generation tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of innovating in complex environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
