- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budget allocation
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent pipeline through our Future Tech Academy program
- Monitor emerging tech trends and disruptor threats
- Ensure all initiatives align with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in executive tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and enterprise-scale project delivery
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Global network of tech industry influencers and innovators
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Japanese (for international partnerships)
