Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and quantum computing prototypes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for R&D initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or sustainable tech architecture
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
