Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies and business models with disruptive potential
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-generation solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state concepts and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling visual narratives
