Responsibilities
- Develop integrated 2026 strategic plans incorporating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce scenario analyses for regulatory, geopolitical, and technological disruptions
- Design KPI frameworks to measure strategic initiatives' impact on ESG goals
- Present roadmaps to executive teams and board members with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototype development for future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and synthesize actionable intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps in tech or consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS) preferred
