Responsibilities

- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Orchestrate collaboration between data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, research emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing), and prototype new capabilities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure Compliance & Ethics: Implement rigorous governance frameworks to ensure AI models are ethical, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and strategic leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs). Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical roadmaps and driving product innovation.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams, managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Cloud Proficiency: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
