- Architect the 2026 Talent Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, long-term workforce strategy that aligns with business objectives and anticipates future market trends.
- Lead AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the implementation of AI-driven recruitment tools and automated workflow solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Hybrid Work Ecosystem Management: Design and optimize flexible work policies that balance employee well-being with organizational productivity.
- Future Skills Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging skill gaps and partner with L&D to create upskilling programs for 2026.
- Executive Talent Advisory: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to define organizational structure and succession planning strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast hiring needs and retention risks with high precision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Planning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Future-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated expertise in preparing organizations for the future of work, specifically regarding AI and automation.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of developing and executing successful long-term organizational strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HR tech stacks, ATS platforms, and AI recruitment tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
