Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on the integration of Generative AI into core business operations.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to prototype and validate cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends (Web3, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, scalable systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI model inference.
- Cultural Transformation: Partner with HR and leadership to design the physical and digital workspaces of the future, optimizing for human-AI collaboration.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML integration.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating abstract technological concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and pivot strategies based on market evolution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
