Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead high-stakes strategic planning sessions for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze complex datasets to forecast industry shifts and identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate moonshot projects with 2026 commercialization targets
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, and business development teams
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling technology-driven initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
