- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with focus on emerging technologies
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Python/R
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
