You'll lead high-stakes projects spanning AI ethics, climate tech, and quantum computing applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps across multiple industry verticals
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies and market paradigm shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global R&D centers
- Author thought leadership positioning Visionary Labs as the 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and climate tech landscapes
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- PhD or Master's in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
