- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term strategic objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Leadership preferred
