- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neurotech, climate tech, synthetic biology)
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AGI, quantum computing, decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
