Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for 2026 market readiness
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design and execute proof-of-concept projects for next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward technologies into roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption metrics
- Manage a $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Prior experience in Fortune 500 innovation ecosystems
