Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the architectural vision for the Year 2026 Initiative, integrating neuromorphic computing with traditional cloud systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI safety, transparency, and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, high-performance software.
- Drive research and development in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computational Physics.
- 10+ years of experience in high-level system architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in large-scale software projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
