Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely move products from trailers to storage areas or shipping docks using dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, labeling, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Packaging: Prepare and pack orders according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Operate Equipment: Operate warehouse machinery (including forklifts) after training.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and labels.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
