Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries to generate new business opportunities.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-playing exercises to refine sales techniques.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospective clients.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience is necessary as training is provided.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional client meetings.
