Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain our value proposition effectively.
- Learn and master our CRM software to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for local market penetration.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets under the guidance of senior mentors.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills and a professional, outgoing demeanor.
- A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, evenings may be required).
- Reliable internet connection and computer access for remote training components.
- Willingness to undergo our 2-week paid training program.
