Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new leads in the Phoenix market.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the training department to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and strategy sessions to optimize performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade others.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and achieve set goals.
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix office.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
