Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Conduct outbound calls and engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Training Execution: Actively participate in our structured onboarding and ongoing training workshops to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Presentations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations both in-person and virtually to a diverse client base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the training team and sales leads to refine strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Motivation: A high level of self-motivation and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Coachability: A willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and improve performance rapidly.
- Availability: Full-time availability (Monday through Friday) with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; however, relevant experience or a strong work ethic is highly valued.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and standard office applications.
