Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting and cold calling strategies to generate new leads.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Track daily activity, sales metrics, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach campaigns and messaging.
- Attend weekly training sessions and coaching workshops to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve targets.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access for remote training modules.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
