Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product recommendations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and achieve/exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events
- Maintain deep product knowledge across all merchandise categories
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong numerical aptitude and POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license for occasional store inventory runs
