Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals and maintain impeccable store presentation
- Actively participate in product knowledge sessions and sales training programs
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, inventory management)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Passion for fashion and current industry trends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
