Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high first-call resolution rate.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints or technical issues, providing accurate solutions and alternative options when necessary.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- CRM Data Entry: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with customer needs to drive revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure consistent service quality and resolve escalations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills; ability to listen actively and speak clearly in English.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, navigating web browsers, and basic typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
