Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and providing financial guidance
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services to enhance customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop expertise in digital banking platforms and new technologies
- Support branch operations by assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in finance/business preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail with transaction accuracy
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
