Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and promoting bank products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance through daily balancing and audit procedures
- Utilize digital banking tools to assist customers with online/mobile services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve cross-selling goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance financial knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual candidates strongly preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Must pass background check and credit check
- Valid Texas driver's license required
