- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using our state-of-the-art VoIP system, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Manage the reception area, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with basic calendar management for executive staff.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies and order inventory as needed to keep the workspace fully operational.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from clients and visitors with patience and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update visitor logs and internal databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in reception or business administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
