Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create engaging in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives
- Operate inventory management systems for stock replenishment and product rotation
- Actively participate in product knowledge sessions to stay updated on merchandise
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and daily maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with cash handling and inventory accuracy
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic software
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
