Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their project requirements and recommend the most suitable equipment solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth demonstrations of our rental and sales inventory to highlight features and benefits.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, leases, and rentals efficiently using our CRM system and point-of-sale software.
- Inventory Oversight: Assist in maintaining the showroom and rental yard, ensuring all equipment is clean, operational, and properly staged.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with commercial clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor pricing to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, rental, or equipment industry.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Colorado Class C Driverās License and a clean driving record.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
