Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Tech Parkway NW location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
