- Complete comprehensive paid training program covering customer service, operations, and safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance standards
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops and performance feedback sessions
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
