Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to customers via phone and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware connectivity issues.
- Document detailed case notes and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate technical solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer complex inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Must be available to work weekends on a rotational schedule.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
